Is my game warrantied?
A restored pinball game is sold with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

If it is a repaired game, but not fully restored, it comes with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.

Any machine that will be used in coin-op mode for public use, will only have a 90 day warranty.

If you are within 1 hour from Boston, we will travel to your location to fix the machine. People outside of that area can either bring the machine back to the Atlantic Pinball shop or they can have it shipped or negotiate a price for travel time and expenses.

Can I see the game before I buy it?
Yes we would be happy to schedule an appointment to meet with you at our shop and view the game that you are considering purchasing. Call us between 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time 7 Days a week at (781) 727-7800.

Are your photos clip art? Or of the machines themselves?
All of the photographs for each machine for sale are of the actual machine. We do not recycle photos of previous machines we’ve restored, and we do not use pictures of any other machines from the internet etc.

What do I need to do to have my game delivered?
Atlantic Pinball will gladly deliver your game to your home, business, or office within an hour of Boston at no extra charge. We set it up at whatever location you choose, we need a clear path to that location, furniture, snow or ice, etc. must be cleared for us to deliver the game. If we do not have a clear path to the location we may have to deliver the game to an alternate location, or if undeliverable, we will need to charge for the return trip. Extended deliveries can be negotiated and long distance deliveries will be an extra charge for a shipping service.

Will people have to pay to play my pinball game? Will there be a coin slot?
All of our games will be set up upon delivery for free play unless otherwise requested. For an additional charge, we can install a coin mechanisms in most of the games and will wire in a free play/coin op. switch. Allowing the game owner to select whichever way they would like to run the game, free of charge or coin op.
